What is ClinCard?
ClinCard is a technology solution that automates and tracks reimbursements and stipends to clinical trial participants in which funds are transferred to the participant via a reloadable debit card and/or direct deposit.
How do I activate my ClinCard reloadable debit card?
The card is automatically activated once your first payment / reimbursement is loaded. Funds can only be loaded by the organization that provided the card.
How do I access my account / view the balance on my ClinCard reloadable debit card?
Once registered in the ClinCard portal and assigned a reloadable debit card, you will be given access to a cardholder web portal that will allow you to create and maintain a PIN as well as view transaction history and account balance information.
