Jim Murphy
Chief Executive Officer

As Greenphire’s CEO, Jim leads the strategy for the company, including client satisfaction, business operations, commercial execution and financial performance. He is committed to fostering a culture of growth, innovation, excellence and employee satisfaction.

Jim has focused his career on building innovative eClinical software companies to address challenges and unmet needs within the global clinical research ecosystem. Prior to joining Greenphire, Jim most recently served as the president and managing director of Almac Clinical Technologies, where he was responsible for strategic, financial and operational leadership. While at Almac, Jim also served as the president and managing director of Almac Pharmaceutical Services – Asia, where he established and managed the Almac Group’s Asia Pacific organizations and business operations across all solution areas.

Jim earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and a Master of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Jim resides in the Philadelphia area with his wife and three children. He has a keen interest in travel, cycling and water sports.

Sue Vestri
Chief Financial Officer

John F. Kennedy

As the Chief Financial Officer, Sue oversees the accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, auditing, tax and treasury, as well as investor relations for Greenphire. She is committed to ensuring a positive customer experience through close collaboration with the operations, sales and support teams across the organization.

Sue has nearly three decades of financial leadership experience in SaaS-based technology organizations with significant operating scale and complexity.

Prior to joining Greenphire, Sue was CFO at mobile software provider Artisan Mobile, Inc., which was acquired by TUNE in 2015, and cloud-based integration solution provider, Boomi, Inc., which was acquired by Dell in 2010. She started her career with Coldwell Banker in its national accounting office in Southern California, and has worked with a number of start-up and growth-stage companies throughout her career.

After 20 years in Southern California, Sue now resides in Pennsylvania where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Temple University. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and occasionally squeezing in a round of golf.

Wayne Baker
Chief Commercial Officer

As Greenphire’s Chief Commercial Officer, Wayne is responsible for the global commercial strategy of the rapidly growing organization, including the execution of sales and marketing programs. Wayne is a proven strategic sales executive with more than 25 years of commercial experience in technology and life science industries.

Prior to joining Greenphire in 2016, Wayne served in numerous senior leadership roles at Advanced Health Media (AHM), a leading global provider of SaaS-based solutions designed to manage compliant interactions with healthcare professionals and organizations for the highly-regulated life sciences industry. During his tenure, Wayne helped establish AHM as the market leader, playing an integral role in the organization’s 1500 percent revenue growth during a four-year period, with continued global expansion thereafter. Earlier in his career, Wayne gained sales leadership and industry experience at Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC) and Brent International. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University.

Wayne resides in the Philadelphia area with his wife and four children. When not tending to business matters, Wayne is a dedicated coach and active spectator of his children’s sporting events, and also enjoys playing golf and entertaining friends.

David K. Wallace

As Chief Technology Officer, David leads the development of Greenphire’s innovative technology solutions that automate payments for the clinical trial industry, ensuring the infrastructure is secure, scalable and reliable. Leveraging a proven agile methodology, David and his team constantly refine and develop Greenphire’s solutions to support client needs. Additionally, he works closely with the product team to plan and execute the product roadmap strategy, anticipating “what’s next” and how to develop the right solutions to maintain the company’s strategic advantage.

With nearly twenty years of experience, David has an extremely valuable combination of technology strategy, architecture design, integration, and product development in the SaaS industry.

Previously, David was Senior Director of Information Technology at iPipeline, a leading SaaS provider used by the nation’s top life insurance companies, where he was responsible for global infrastructure, system and application security. Prior to that, David was Director of Information Systems at Procurian, where he managed networking and data center operations and lead the development of the company’s procurement infrastructure to support a Fortune 500 client base.

Born in Ireland, David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Delaware Valley College. In his spare time, David enjoys adventure racing.

Kyle Cunningham
Chief Product Officer

As Chief Product Officer, Kyle leads the strategic direction of product development, ensuring that Greenphire solutions are constantly evolving to address client needs. He works closely with sales and IT to understand the evolving clinical trial landscape and works to identify how to align the product roadmap to ensure the Company stays ahead of the curve.

Kyle has more than two decades of experience in product strategy, product and project management, relationship management and operations management. Prior to joining Greenphire, Kyle worked for SEI Investments company, where he focused on product and service strategy for international investment processing and management.

Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Kutztown University. In his free time, Kyle enjoys hiking with his wife and daughter.

Norma Rodriguez
Vice President, QA & Regulatory

As VP, QA & Regulatory, Norma is responsible for quality framework and ensuring regulatory compliance at Greenphire.

Norma has more than 20 years of experience in quality management and operations across various industries and systems, including clinical trial software/services, insurance financial software and telephony interfaces. Prior to her work at Greenphire, Norma’s experience included development, testing, and deploying of study-specific interactive response technology (IRT) solutions within the technical subsidiary of a major CRO.

Norma attended the University of Massachusetts in Boston, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Computer Information Systems.

Erica Cohen

As Vice President, Operations, Erica is responsible for overseeing Greenphire’s business operations, establishing process efficiencies and driving operational excellence to ensure a best-in-class customer experience for existing and future clients. She is committed to building and scaling the team to support continued exceptional adoption of our software and services around the world.

Erica has nearly 20 years’ experience in the technology industry with an extensive background in operational leadership. Prior to her work with Greenphire, Erica served as Vice President, Healthcare Product Delivery & Consulting for LexisNexis Risk Solutions where she led a global professional services team responsible for ensuring an outstanding client experience from initial product and service delivery through ongoing support. Earlier in her career, as VP, Operations for Health Market Science (HMS), Erica focused on establishing process efficiencies across the organization while demonstrating a commitment to ensuring positive employee experience, internal productivity and teamwork, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and new business generation.

Erica attended Rosemont College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Arts in English Literature and Publishing.
